There is also a second campaign called the Kaleidoscope Campaign, in which the Protagonist's memories of Tattletail have been tampered with, and they must find the cause of all of their false memories. Collecting all 22 of the eggs will result in the player achieving the 'good' ending of the game. Over the course of the game, a series of ' Gift Eggs', presumably laid by the Tattletail toy line, are placed throughout the house. The player is advised to move away from Mama before shaking the flashlight. However, the flashlight creates noise when shook, so the player must be careful about when and where they shake. Baby Talking Tattletail is afraid of the dark (and is quite vocal about it), creating a necessity to replenish the flashlight by shaking it quickly. The Player acquires a shake flashlight to navigate the house, but Mama Tattletail kills the player's flashlight when she starts patrolling, and whenever they look directly at her. Failure to do so will result in Mama attacking the player in a jumpscare, ending the game.
